Principal Responsibilities:
OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (SEASONAL FULL-TIME)
JCC Abrams Camps is seeking an Operations Assistant for summer 2024!
This position supports the work of the JCC Princeton Mercer Bucks & Abrams Camps, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through providing a safe, fun-filled camp experience for youth and teens. Our highly trained and compassionate staff enables each camper to grow in an atmosphere which promotes integrity, self-esteem, positive values, and good sportsmanship.

Minimum Qualifications:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assistants in oversight of facilities and maintenance of the campsite.
- Conducts hazard prevention checks and takes action when needed.
- Manages storage and organization of camp equipment.
- Executes daily dining services.
- Assists with special event programs.
- Coordinates vendors and visitors.
- Prioritizes camper safety by learning all JCC safety and emergency procedures and responding to emergency situations in accordance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
WHO YOU ARE:
- 18 years of age or older
- Enjoys working with children
- Available June 24th to August 16th, 2024
- A team player with high energy who works well with others
- Background in management is a plus
- Strong communication, instructional, organizational, creative and critical thinking, collaboration, and cooperation skills
